The atmosphere at St. Karen’s Collegiate School was filled with joy and devotion on 29th April as the students and teachers gathered to observe the Feast Day Programme of our Patron Saint,Saint Catherine of Siena.The Feast Day was not just a celebration, but a meaningful reminder of the importance of faith, community, and service — values that the school continues to uphold proudly.
The day began with a solemn prayer service, invoking blessings and giving thanks for the many gifts received throughout the year. All the students and teachers came together in a spirit of reverence and gratitude, setting a perfect tone for the day’s celebrations.Following the service, the audience was treated to a vibrant display of skits, dances, speeches, and songs performed by the students. Each performance reflected themes of faith, love, and courage , showcasing the immense talent and creativity of the participants . The skits conveyed powerful messages rooted in moral and spiritual values, while the dances and songs brought energy and enthusiasm to the event.
The programme was addressed by Principal Ma’am and Vice Principal Ma’am who warmly welcomed everyone and spoke about the significance of the Feast Day. In their address, they emphasized the values of compassion, service, and excellence, urging students to carry forward these virtues in their daily lives.
The programme concluded on a high note, with heartfelt applause from the audience, celebrating the efforts of the students and teachers who made the day a grand success.
